CANCELLATION POLICY

At BEAUTY AGENT we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we also invest time and resources into preparing for each appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. Appointments • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in The loss of your Deposits. • Deposits are required to secure your appointment and are non-refundable. • Deposits will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or a rescheduled appointment. No-Shows • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to book a future appointment.
